  1. Video Screen Savers (VSS) is developed and owned by by Pink Software 
  2. C.C. (Pink)  VSS consists of the VSS player and video files that are
  3. shipped with each CD release. The product remains the property of 
  4. Pink. Pink licences you to use VSS under the following terms:

  8. The VSS Player can be used for non-commercial purposes on one machine 
  9. free of charge. You can use VSS to play any other compatible video 
  10. files for which you have the rights. You can download the VSS Player
  11. from our Web site www.pink.co.za You may not redistribute the VSS 
  12. Player.

  14. Purchase a CD
  15.  
  16. You can purchase CD titles from Pink Software for $29 per title. You 
  17. may use the videos included on these CD's for your own use and 
  18. include them in your own mulitmedia presentations. You may not 
  19. redistribute or sell the videos in any compilation or screen saver 
  20. product.

  22. Licence for Redistribution

  24. If you wish to create your own CD's and include the VSS player with 
  25. your videos you must purchase a redistribution licence. This licence 
  26. is for $500 and gives the redistributor reproduction rights. This licence
  27. is not transferable to third parties or associates or subsidiaries of
  28. the redistributor. The redistributor may not sell or redistribute any 
  29. of the video files included with VSS.

  31. Warranties

  33. Pink gives no warranties, express or implied in law or otherwise, as 
  34. to the absence of defects or the suitability of VSS for any 
  35. particular purpose, it being expressly recorded that Pink shall not 
  36. be liable for any damages whatsoever suffered by the user as a result 
  37. of the use of VSS or the inability to use VSS for whatsoever reason.
